Elizabeth K. Stratton, M.S. trains people all over the world in the art of healing and the science of energy medicine.  She has been in private practice as a pastoral counselor for twenty-five years, and has taught workshops at Omega Institute, the New York Open Center, Interface in Boston, and Kripalu in Lenox, MA.  She has also spoken at Harvard Divinity School, Marble Collegiate Church and numerous centers from London to Hong Kong, as well as being the author of two books published by Simon and Schuster, Touching Spirit, and Seeds of Light: Healing Meditations for Body and Soul.

Ms. Stratton will be leading a series of Saturday morning seminars here in Woodstock beginning Saturday, July 23, 11AM - 12:30PM.  The series will begin with self healing techniques, and develop into a training in the Touching Spirit Method, the technique of laying-on-of-hands that Ms. Stratton created and practices today with great success.
