Appointment Information
Payment
When we receive your payment, we will mail or fax you directions to the Center.
If we do not hear from you or receive your check seven days before your
appointment date, we will call you to see if you wish to keep your appointment.
Cancellation
Policy
If you need to change or
cancel your appointment once you have confirmed it, we require a full 48 hours
notice or your check will be applied toward the missed appointment.
In Case of Acute
Illness
If you
have or are coming down with a cold, sore throat or flu, please call the Center
to reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to
cancel your appointment at the last minute due to illness, the weather, or
another personal reason, you have the option of a phone session. If you choose
not to have a phone session, you will forfeit your payment.
Although the Touching Spirit Center is a place of healing, many people who come here are suffering from immune system disorders. People who have colds or the flu are breathing the air and leaving behind millions of viruses that others have to breathe. If you are sick, please stay home, let your body rest, and don’t expose others.
When to Arrive
When you come for your session, please arrive no more
than five minutes early. Although there is a small waiting room, we like to
leave time between sessions so people have privacy as they are leaving, and so
Ms. Stratton can have a short break between each session.
In Case You Will Be Late/Phone Sessions
If you get caught in traffic or have a problem with
your car at the last minute, you can call Ms. Stratton 860-567-0600 to let her know. If you need to call several hours before
your appointment, please call the above number and leave a
voicemail message.
If your appointment time has already started and it does not appear you will be able to get to the Center at all, Ms. Stratton can do a phone session with you on the private session line at 860-567-0600.
How to Dress
When you come for your appointment, please wear
comfortable clothes, a minimum of jewelry, and avoid wearing any scented
products, including soap, shampoo, hand cream, aftershave, cologne, perfume, et.
al.
