The Peace Program is a new series in the Touching Spirit® Training Program. This Program is designed to address the desire we all have to create peaceful lives. The series of one-day retreats will focus on the essential components of living a peaceful life. Ms. Stratton will guide participants into meditation as she facilitates the healing process through gentle laying-on-of-hands. 

The series is open to both beginning and advanced meditators. Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their experience of meditation through quieting the mind, relaxing the body, calming the emotions, and finding a place of inner stillness and peace that is always accessible. 

The Program may be taken as a whole, or as individual one-day retreats. They will be held in a private setting in Litchfield, CT. Hours: 10AM – 5:30PM with a 90 minute break for lunch. 

Registration: $125.00 per day, $595.00 for the series of five one-day retreats.

Elizabeth K. Stratton, M.S. is the director of the Touching Spirit Center LLC in Litchfield, CT, and the creator of the Touching Spirit® Training Program. She is a pastoral counselor who has been in private practice since 1976. Touching Spirit and Seeds of Light, both published by Simon and Schuster, contain many of the healing meditations she has created. The meditations from The Peace Program will be available on CD.
